Can't remember my login details for the portal. What now?? There's no reset or recovery option that I can see on the Home page.

I can log in to the tracker on my website. When I visit greenalp.com via the "switch to full screen" link I'm logged in as a guest only.

Hm, just tested with my own account. Everything works as it should. Maybe you had more than one tab open in your browser. Or you have clicked a guest link in the meantime?
