Lost data ?

Hi

My user is willaida. I used the track feature from june 14th until july 12th. I'm trying to see and download the tracks in june but no data appears. I'm able to see and download the tracks in july.

Could you tell me the reason please ?

Hi,
I could not verify that account "willaida" had the Track Loading feature during that period. Instead I can see that obviously you have bought this feature today. So the server will keep your data from now until the feature expires. The server will delete data afterwards.

Yes, it is, but I can see and download my tracks on july and I hadnĀ“t bought the feature neither, so my question is: is it possible to recovery my tracks on june ?

Now I see what you mean. If you have "Track Loading" the server will grant you access to all your trackpoints available on server. If you cannot find the trackpoints from june anymore this means unforunately that they are already deleted. The server keeps only the most recent trackpoints for users who have no Track Loading. The remainder is deleted from time to time.

Yes, we are understanding now.

Bad luck for me but I'm glad if you have in your mind this case, maybe, a backup copy, more time for the saved data. I think it would be improve this good service.

I agree with you but the problem is that this would raise my server costs. But at least the most recent 1000 track points are usually available to every user.
