Need help using the app

well i lost my phone so i went to google play (on computer not phone) and downloaded it now how do i track the phone where it is i signed up for greenalp account but its not showing me anything please help

Sorry, but remote start is only possible after you have configured the app on your phone. You have to open it one time and set username and password. The app cannot help you in this case.
