I bought track logging but not seeing my test route today?

Hi,
Seems your tracker has not sent location updates to the server. Is there a problem maybe with your GPS or your data connection. Please start the tracker, and wait two minutes. Is there any information displayed in the Android status bar or in the status lines above or below the yellow satellite bars?

OK I think I know the problem. On my app on the phone it says my user name is briang1964@hotmail.com. but here user name is briang1964. Do I have two different accounts ? If so the one on my phone is the correct one and that is where I need the tracks I paid for to go to. The other issue is I can't log onto the website under briang1964@hotmail.com as I no longer remember the password.

You are right. Obviously you registered two accounts. Please change to 'briang1964' as this is the account you paid for.

Can the payment be changed to the email address one? That has my track for past two days already and have sent links out from that account. Also I can'tlog onto wwebsite with the briang1964@hotmail.com user name. I tried all the passwords I usually use.
